I had many questions, comparing in-store and online purchase. Final decision was based on the personal, informative service at Tuscan Village store received from the staff at LensCraft at Tuscan village Salem NH.

Everyone of the staff members was phenomenal, welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. Jodi, who was my sales rep, found a pair of glasses that were perfectly suited for my face and my beginner progressive lenses so that I would get the best suited frame. She did not try to upsell me on a more expensive brand which showed a level of expertise with regard to, knowing what the doctor had prescribed where I needed the frame to sit on my face and a level of integrity and professionalism. The doctor was The best eye doctor I have ever seen in fact he’s one of the best doctors I’ve ever met. His extensive exam and making me realize that I have been struggling with my eyesight for quite some time since I turned 50 and when he put on a sample pair of lens, I realize that my vision is actually blurred on a daily basis, resulting in headaches and strain and exhaustion by the end of the day and now he has a lens ordered and will improve my quality of life.

My husband and I come to this LensCrafters once a year to get our yearly eye exam with Dr.Abrams. He is the best doctor. He is so kind and takes great care of our eys. His staff is wondeful too. They always have amazing glasses to purchase and great prices. I highly recommend this store and doctor.

So I visited this location a few days ago and the staff is very amazing, but your employee Josie is a superstar. Not only did she assist in finding the perfect glasses, but 2 perfect glasses. They stayed in the store well past closing time to assist. If you make your way to this location ask about the new plan they have for glasses. It’s an amazing deal. This location is well deserved of a staff appreciation day. ❤️

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
