  LensCrafters at Tuscan Village has a great selection of glasses, and Sophany, the store manager, made the whole experience so enjoyable. What stood out to me most was how effortless and genuine she was in her customer service. She has such a naturally bubbly, funny personality and had me laughing throughout the whole experience without even trying. I never felt pressured or like I was being sold to. Sophany was just genuinely fun to shop with, gave great feedback, and helped me find a pair I absolutely loved. She made what could have been a routine glasses purchase feel memorable. I would definitely ask for her if you’re shopping there. Thanks, Sophany!

  You'll have a great eye exam experience with Dr. Michael Abrams. He'll answer any question you have in a professional manner and hes very friendly. You can tell he has a lot of experience in his field and I appreciated that. My main issue was with the associate that was assisting me. After getting the frames I really liked and felt I looked amazing in, I was questioned an abundance of time if I was sure I wanted the frames. I knew I wanted them so im not sure why they kept questioning my decision. They were only slightly bigger than my current ones and they felt good on my face. The only assumption i can think of is that maybe the associate, Josie, was implying that they do not look good on me, which is fine for a person to think, but I dont believe it's something you should imply to your customer. For reassurance I asked my bf and he said it was fine and I thought it was fine, so again, why ask me 5 times if im sure I wanted the frames? There is always a resolution if for any reason I didn't like the glasses I chose, I could just come back and exchange which I said I was okay doing. I dont know the experience made me feel uncomfortable and I was polite, but I didn't ask the reason why she kept asking other than her saying the lens would touch my cheek. The thing is, my current lens touch my cheeks and it's okay. So yeah, just be cautious on how you interact with the associates as they could have negative impact on your buying experience when you're very happy trying new things and make you feel bad about it.

  Imagine paying over $650 for glasses, only to have the in-house optometrist at LensCrafters give you the wrong prescription. When I went back and told them my vision was terrible, they had me see their other doctor, who gave me the correct prescription. They remade the lenses but by the time I came to pick them up, they had already been sent back to be recycled. On top of that, the glasses broke and they refuse to honor the warranty. I've been without proper glasses for a while now because of all this. I contacted Luxottica directly through their complaint form, and the store called me back only to say that this decision came straight from the general manager and they will not fix any of it. To make matters worse, I paid extra for their Xtractive polarized lenses, which Maria told me would darken behind the wheel while driving. My new optical store informed me this was false, most windshields already block the UV light needed to trigger the transitions, so these lenses won't darken behind the wheel at all. My honest advice: stay away from this store and go with someone who will actually take care of you, not just treat you like a number.

  Thank you for helping me choose my new set of glasses. The associate was very knowledgeable and helped apply all the vision insurance information to keep costs low. Highly recommend!

  Yesterday the day of August/22 I came to pickup glasses And I had to deal with one of the idiot employee this lady is sooo lazy and did not what to do she can not find where my glasses is finally the other employee find it I don't think she know how to use computerafter almost 2 1/2 hour to talk I finally request for refund
