I could feel the muscles that were being worked with each exercise so it felt like it was doing what I was looking for. Kim was amazing at explaining and showing us what to do and very motivating with her story. And Jodi was extremely knowledgeable with explaining the details. It was actually fun so it didn’t feel like working out. I can’t wait to go back!!!
