Some have been good, others much less so, but no matter what, none have even come close to matching the sustained excellence of the Hannaford Pharmacy on North Main St. in Rochester. I have been a customer for over 8 years, and have been fortunate enough to experience the terrific communication, extra efforts, assistance over and above what one would normally expect, and generally extraordinary service, so rare in this day and age. Another in the continuous examples of this occurred recently - I had mishandled the required timing of a refill for an extremely essential medication, a terrible miscalculation on my part. Thanks to the prompt actions of the pharmacy team, my provider responded in a timely manner, and I was able to get the medication within a day. This was remarkable, but is typical of my experience with this team. They are the best, and I appreciate their efforts more than mere words could express!!

- KSKelly SloaneDec 16, 20225.0My sons pedi GI had trouble finding a compounding pharmacy and when we learned hannaford was one they called and asked how they should write the script for insurance to cover it this was 3 days of trial and error with every other pharmacy in town hannafords pharmacist was knowledgeable and so kind! They helped our drs office get the prescription pushed through and completely covered by insurance in just a couple hours will forever be be a customer of this pharmacy!
