- MMMickey Miela2 days ago5.0I’ve only left a few reviews on Google and I try to only leave reviews when they’re really warranted and these people deserve it. Honestly, I felt so comfortable and welcomed, attended to without feeling like I was being sold. I would specifically go back to this location because of how nice these people are.
- KMKevin McCoy5 days ago5.0Good experience selecting and purchasing glasses here. Rachael was really helpful and was very cheeerful. I appreciate having some input on my selections and she made the purchase process very smooth. It was so much more pleasant to do this in store than get the sample box shipped to house. There is really an incredible seletion of glasses here for all styles and tastes!
- PSPastor Jeremy Smiley6 days ago5.0This store keeps the same level of quality and service that Warby Parker is well known for. Great frames with great people to help you figure out what works best for you.
- CMCaroline MooreOct 1, 20265.0great place to get updated contact and glasses prescription updated. they have a great selection of frames also, youre bound to find your pair at a good price. the peeps here are kind and helpful. I was told it would take 2 weeks to get my new glasses and it only took TWO DAYS. no express shipping required. thanks Warby Parker.
- DLDione LongleySep 16, 20265.0The new Warby Parker glasses I had ordered had some problems. I brought them to the store and an employee named Sammie listened carefully when I told her about a coating issue in one lens, and the bifocal lenses being set too low to be of any use. She called a colleague named Anabelle who examined the glasses and immediately said, "We'll order you a new pair to replace these." She took measurements and filled out the forms and I was on my way. I expected all kinds of issues with getting the problems resolved, and these two employees took care of it in five minutes! Friendly, efficient, and customer-focused: those two Warby Parker associates have made me a life-long customer.
