- BNBecky NealNov 23, 20215.0From the day I tried the free introductory session, I have loved it here! The instructors and all of the staff are always so happy to see you. They are so motivating and encouraging. It's a very clean studio and all of the equipment is in great shape. Sometimes I have issues with certain moves with my bad knees and the instructors take the time to show me some modifications so that I feel like I'm still getting a great workout! The music is always upbeat and fun, too. Love this place and all of the staff!
