- ACAllison CarneyApr 11, 20185.0I have only taken 5 classes so far but am really getting a feel for how supportive a community they have created. There are plenty of classes at different times of the day so you can fit it into your schedual. I particularly like the 530 am classes because I can go in, get my butt kicked, and then carry on with my day. It’s in a great location and the studio is very clean. The instructors are great and give out help when needed. They teach you the form to get the best results.

The instructors were amazing- they met and gave me a personal introduction before class started and then followed up with me after too. The instructors are very hands on and truly care going around through class to ensure all are getting most from each class . And after only 5 classes I can already physically see and feel difference in my body and mind . I highly recommended giving this a shot - it’s great solo exercise regimens or an addition to current one!
