  I want to give a shout out to Patrick and Dr. Lopez yesterday for their time and excellent service during my annual check up. Patrick is very professional, covering all bases and what really impressed me is how much he loves his job, as we were discussing our work while I was waiting. That makes a HUGE difference when receiving service as a customer. Dr. Lopez was so kind, positive and thorough while checking my eyes, checking all options as one of my eyes was more difficult to narrow down a prescription. I was very impressed by him, as he's a young man who has obviously spent the time to learn his profession but really enjoys it as well. After walking around for a while in the store I realized my vision wasn't quite right with one eye and both Patrick and Dr. Lopez said no problem, let's check it again. I appreciated Dr. Lopez taking his spare time to check it again with other options. (Ends up it's simply my astigmatism.) Great service deserves to be recognized!

  Jennifer the store manager was great and attentive. My wife and I were shopping for glasses for her after an eye exam. They were busy and we were told about a wait — which was fine that they communicated this to us, and this gave us time to look at the glasses on our own. My wife and I picked a pair and kept walking around. Eventually Jennifer the store manager came over and spoke with my wife and I. We explained we already had frames picked out and a prescription. She did a great job explaining how the different lens worked and the prices of each lens. If it wasn’t for the wait time, I’d give it a 5 star.

  When I broke my glasses running from a neighboring house fire, Ron fixed them for me in minutes. His customer service is outstanding. You don't often find that kindness in this world. Thank you Ron! Grateful for people like you! I am now a lens crafters customer for life.

  I just came in today to buy some glasses and Julianna helped me so much! I haven't worn glasses since I was a kid, and even then, it was ugly sports glasses. I needed to get something for every day use and she helped me pick out such a pretty pair that matches my style and looks good! Julianna is awesome at her job and definitely made my decision making so much easier by helping me figure out what I want!

  I got my new glasses from lens crafters and could not see I took them back and they assured me the prescription was correct I went back to Dover Eye care they said the prescription in the frames was correct. Dover Eye care gave me another eye exam and the found they had giving me the wrong prescription. Dover eye care would do nothing for me. I called back lens crafters they said bring in the new prescription and they would fix them at no charge to me not even there fault . That is going above customer service . Nick was great with the purchase and the return. I will purchase from lens crafters again.
