I stopped in today try on some glasses by myself. The staff was welcoming and friendly, but gave me no pressure whatsoever, which I appreciated *so* much. I felt totally free to take my time and try on all the frames I wanted. The lighting in the store is great, the layout is open and pleasant, and there’s a wide range of choices at different price points. I found 2 frames that I really liked and asked for some solid opinions to guide me. I felt like I was there with friends, honestly. They gave me fantastic input and even provided ideas for a couple other styles with different shapes that I hadn’t considered. They looked great, too! Ultimately I narrowed it down to one of my original choices, but I will definitely consider one of the other suggestions for future sunglasses! The staff member who took me through the rest of the process was helpful, clear, and gave me all of the information to make my own decisions. She wasn’t pushy at all. I came away feeling really great. Can’t wait to get my new glasses! Well done!

Called and asked about Meta glasses. The person was extremely rude. The customer service is a circus show.

I am not impressed by the communication.. or lack there of.. I am always talking to an answering machine, always waiting for a call back that rarely comes.. its been nearly 2 weeks for glasses that were a 7-10 day delivery and there has been 0 communication. Update: finally got a hold of someone.. I was told, after 2 weeks and 3 days of waiting that someone had called me 10 days earlier... once.. called me, not my wife, since she was the one who was waiting for the glasses., not her cellphone number on file, nope.. my phone.. 1 attempt.. and for the 10 days that followed not 1 single person felt the need to try to reach out to either one of us again.. "We will let you know when your glasses come in!" Thats what we were told as we left...

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
