My experience at this practice was exceptional. I cannot recall a more satisfactory encounter. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking quality medical care.
- MRMathew RussellJul 19, 20265.0Convenient location, which I did not go to originally (my fault) I had to call to say I was driving in from Lafayette Rd, they held my appointment, Front desk staff/induction exam was efficient and personable We decided that based upon my occupation and need for glasses over the counter readers were my best bet, if I had a different profession maybe we would explore other options, but I will not see the ROI on custom glasses. Dr Abrams could have written a prescription that likely would have added to the revenue of the front half of the store, but he didn't because it wasn't the solution that was most effective. When you walk in expecting to drop hundreds on glasses and frames and the parties do not take advantage of that it is integrity. I know we are not used to seeing it anymore, but Dr Abrams exhibited significant integrity through our interaction.
