Club Pilates has a wide selection of classes and really wonderful instructors. I always leave feeling like it was just what I needed. I would recommend it to anyone to give it a try. You might just get hooked like me!

The stretching and toning feels great too. The people in my classes are all shapes and sizes as well, so I never feel bad about my body.
- SNSara NanezMay 8, 20215.0I am so happy that a Pilates studio opened in Portsmouth after having been a big reformer fan in my pre Covid, city life. This studio does not disappoint. The teachers and staff are all super friendly and do an amazing job with leading the classes. The classes themselves are challenging but doable and there are always modification options depending on your comfort and skill level. Definitely don’t be intimidated to try out a class.
