  For the first 21 years of my life, I was told I could never use any type of hearing aid or device to assist with my single-sided deafness. I actually found this location unintentionally to get a hearing test after I had a long lasting ear infection. As soon as I connected with April & Josh, I felt immediately at ease. April worked with me to do anything she could to help me & ended up setting me up with a hearing aid & transmitter to help me hear! I cannot say enough wonderful things about True North Hearing- as a customer here, I felt completely listened to, understood, and cared for! I highly recommend visiting here if you are in need of any type of care relating to their industry:)

  I am overwhelmed with the fact that my hearing aid is functioning so well. Oftentimes I forget that they are in place and believe me I hear everything. This last adjustment is only my second visit to April. So Thankful.

  Randy is terrific. He is knowledgeable, caring and patient. He re-tuned my hearing aids that I have been wearing for two years. Frankly, the sound was dull and I wasn't using them everyday. Randy opened the programing for my hearing aids on his computer and re-adjusted them for increased clarity and reduced background noise. And, he showed me how I could change programs for the hearing aids on my iPhone and maximize the settings depending on conditions. (When I bought the hearing aids, the vendor/technicians never showed me how to do that). Randy spent a long time with me making sure everything was right. And, yes, I can hear the improvements now listening to music and talking with friends on FaceTime. Thanks, Randy. You really made a difference in my daily life.
