CJ at the location in Nashua NH did an amazing job teaching me about my own feet and where I needed help. I have been dealing with years of lower back and lower body pain. In just 5 days I feel a significant change. My chiropractor even noticed how different my body moved after wearing these inserts. CJ already followed up with me, to make sure I understood the process of my specific pain solution. Thank you CJ for setting me up for some pain relief.

I rolled my ankle twice while wearing the black insert( can't remember the name). I called back to get a refund and was told they would have to talk to the manager and it would take 5-7 days and they typically don't give refunds. To not get a refund for a product I am now afraid to wear is ridiculous. I paid $300 or so cash, some on my HSA and Care Credit. At least credit back the Care Credit and HSA. I Would not recommend the Good Feet Store to anyone if they asked for this reason. I will go see a podiatrist and get a medical opinion.
