I’m in tears because this company represents the tragic present day, “We prey on you if you’re in pain, we will lie to you to take your money, we will not lose sleep for causing more pain than what you were in when you came here, when you express concerns we don’t care and have a response ready for your negative review to save face. We won’t pick up the phone nor follow through with any promises. If you call we will ignore you.” They want you to be vulnerable. They want you to be desperate looking for relief. They want your money and don’t care. This agony they gave has only made me want to give up. You know the final straw that breaks the camels back? This was a heavy straw. They don’t care, they won’t care, they are performative and lie. If I get a response to this by Sandra K, it will be pre prepared to save face. It won’t be genuine. Foolish of me to believe in a businesses word. Edit: I called many times and was ignored while you were open. You’re saying all this to posture as a person who cares about their customers. I already can’t eat for a week and am on fixed income for being disabled. You have conned my family and deflated my hope for humanity deeply. I don’t care how that may sound. I should have gotten inserts for $69 bucks instead of this. I was conned. You say all this talk but you only care about taking our money. You have no intent to call, that’s a lie. You probably will find a reason to steal money and further put us into destitution. You have no care about anyone else except profit and interest rates and you are perfectly okay going about your life taking money that isn’t yours and indulging in it while others suffer. Lying gets you no where. The tide WILL turn. The reason you’re getting this amount of text and attention is because of the STRESS, INJURIES AND PAIN YOU HAVE CAUSED! Shame on you!
