I went to three different LensCrafters near me with horrible customer service and even worse problem solving skills. However, I decided to call this LensCrafters back given I have never had an issue with them. Jen is an absolute Icon and helped me over the phone, heard my problem, asked questions to actually understand my problem, and then gave me a solution. This is hands down the best one out there so if you have a chose to go anywhere for your eye care, come here. I will be making the 1.5hr drive to come here for my next appointment, that’s how good they are.
