- LLLitzaOct 3, 20265.0Absolutely fantastic customer service & selection. Josh greeted me upon arrival & let me know he was there if I needed help w anything. He let me explore & I was down to 3 frames. I adored 1 in particular but they were a deep red, I didn’t want that color for everyday glasses but they only came in that color. He gave honest, kind, great feedback about each frame. He brought me about 5 other similar frame styles, one of which I didn’t see, LOVED, & chose. That pair was tortie but came in black if I wanted, which I thought was my only preference, & he was helpful in choosing which color while still being neutral & making it my choice. Now, he saw how much I loved the red ones so he told me that I could always get those as sunglasses, at 50% off- Whoa, decision made. I got the tortie as RX glasses and the red as sunglasses. During checkout he was awesome with explaining options for lenses & talked me through different coatings/prices. He was so wonderful in a genuine way & I’m very thankful for his help. Highly recommend this location and even more so, Josh!!
