  I do not recommend anyone to use the services of this medical institution, completely unprofessional doctors who do not know what they are doing and simply harm your health

  I always have a great experience here. I went there this week and saw Melissa Culverwell and had another great appointment. She answered all my questions and the check up went great. Manchester OB/GYN is great as it is but Melissa is great and I prefer to see her when I go there if possible.

  08/21/26 around 11-12 this morning, the Billing lady with the long dark hair shouldn’t be working as the face of billing if she’s not a people person. She didn’t want to be bothered at all and was so rude to me off the bat for no reason belittling me. My last pregnancy I always remembered them wanting a card on file to charge the co pays , future appointments, etc so I went to do that and she had the nerve to rudely ask “in regards of…?” and I responded “for my appointment(s) ?” Then she stupidly had more attitude towards me asking if I was even a patient there. Why else would I be standing there after an appointment if I wasn’t? She was so rude I literally walked away because I’m not dealing with that. This is an office where pregnant people come and go and she has no idea if patients are having a bad day or have been a nervous wreck over something. If she wants to be lazy and doesn’t like dealing with patients wanting to put a card on file to PAY THEIR BILLS she needs to be somewhere away from people. Other than whoever that negative lady was, everyone else is super friendly and I’ve never had an issue! Love this office!

  I had a great experience at Manchester OB/GYN Associates with Melissa Culverwell, APRN. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Melissa took the time to answer all of my questions, listened to my concerns, and helped create a clear plan for the next steps. I truly appreciated the compassionate care and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for an OB/GYN provider.
