  The people used to be nice but my last few visits haven't been as expected. The workers are rude and pushy I usually can have all my needs done at the counter but have been redirected to the " drop off window ". That I haven't had to use before in the 2 years i have been going here. Further more you have to love how they where there pride pins but will rudely go out of the way to miss gender you to be followed by the person you get redirected to to be even more rude. like my questions and needs are a chore and at the beginning of the day mind you. I don't know what has happened recently to the staff and there customer service and friendly attitude but I would appreciate it this would return.

  Super nice staff who always explain what is going on and support. They put up with a lot of bad jokes from me and I love how inclusive they are. Thank you for being awesome.

  This place is awful. Dirty and they only ever have one register open. Th manager will just stand around and watch instead of doing anything.

  I have been calling the Hanover St. Hannaford's Pharmacy since last Friday and all I get is a hang up. Today I tried to call the store and get transferred to the pharmacy and was told that they cannot and when I inquired if the pharmacy answers the phones, I was told that their phones do not work! Trying to call in a prescription for a patient and I for one will not ever use a Hannaford Pharmacy! A large corporation like Hannafords and their phones don't work!
