First visit was information with someone who has done the program and very knowledgeable. I was in. What do I have to loose? Tried medication with my doctors, weight watchers, tried on my own. Second visit they did a full workup, and I left there feeling good, not overwhelmed like other programs. You work with medical trained staff. Week one was a bit of a challenge getting in my protein and water, but everyday got easier, with the supplements I had energy, didn't have cravings and didn't have the food chatter, first time in a long time I stayed awake past 8:30 and slept through the night, win win! Total success after the first week and leaving that appointment I felt amazing, happy and ready to concur the next week. Every week you get weighed, measured and metabolic checked. They take insurance too! I give the staff 5 star. If you have been struggling I highly recommend medi weight loss clinic.
