Dr. Robertson is the ONLY Audiologist in the Lakes Region who is Board Certified by the American Board of Audiology. This certification is only available to Audiologists who have a high level of expertise and commitment to continuing education. Your hearing loss and your goals are unique. Enjoy working with an Audiologist who will listen to your concerns and has the experience and knowledge to develop a personalized solution. Dr Robertson recommended that we send the hearing aid back to the manufacturer because it was under warranty. The hearing aid had been lost under snow for over 3 months, which is why she recommended sending it back for any needed repairs. It works very well now., at no cost since it was still under warranty!

I take care of my 86 year old mother who has hearing difficulties. Not only did she do a thorough hearing test but shedid not try to sell us new hearing aids. She is looking into replacing them with the warranty. She will be fine tuning the ones my mother has and then re evaluate. Thank you for being one of the few professionals that does not take advantage of the elderly.
