- AWAlana WMay 13, 20221.0I picked up a prescription for a friend and gave him the bag that had his name on it. Then he calls me and tells me the 2 bottles in the bag had someone else's name on them. So now I have to drive back get the wrong meds and pick up the right ones. I called the store and the girl was rude she transferred me to the pharmacist. The pharmacist also seemed disinterested. Went in and the pharmacist never made eye contact with me not a hint of warmth in her face, and just switched the wrong meds for the right ones, and worst of all, NO SORRY! Anyone can make a mistake. I know you're busy, I get that and I would have been fine if I hadn't been met with poor customer service! Hey I know you don't care but I expect you to fake it when a customer has been wronged.

When they couldn’t get their hands on my new meds the same day, they not only called all other Hannaford pharmacies but also all of the other pharmacies (CVS, Walgreens, etc) in the area to help me. When you need something ASAP, you can always let them know, and they’ll do their best to help you out.
