  After our local Rite Aid closed I switched to Hannaford because it was the closest, but since then I've been moving everything to either an online/delivery pharmacy or to CVS. Hannaford takes days to fill even the simplest prescription when other pharmacies like CVS fill it within hours. I've even gotten mail order faster than Hannaford. They also made an error on filling a prescription with generic when my doctor had requested the name brand and then they gave me a hard time when I had to get it corrected. The drug prices are generally higher than what I pay elsewhere as well. The staff can be hit or miss - some are friendly but mostly they are not especially interested in being helpful. Not sure what the issue is here, but it has been going on for a while (I used to use Hannaford before switching to Rite Aid and it was not great back then either, I was hoping it would be better by now, but clearly not). I hate leaving bad reviews - but they clearly need to evaluate what the issue is, especially with the long delays in filling prescriptions.

  This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used in my life. I switched to this pharmacy after the local rite aid closed down a few months ago and i haven’t had a single seamless transaction once. There have been multiple occasions where i’ve talked to staff on the phone and have been told my prescription is being refilled, and then have shown up to pick up and find out the prescription isn’t refilled and doesn’t even have an order placed. This most recent time, i was told by a staff member that my prescription was being ordered and could be picked up the following day, and that i would receive a text message when ready. Several days went by without a message so i decided to reach out. Find out that my prescription was apparently out of stock and they wanted me to call back again the following day to place another order to see if it was available yet. Nobody reached out to tell me that my prescription was going to be delayed and when i called about this instance the worker on the phone was very rude and confusing to understand. On multiple other occasions i have been given less of my prescription then originally ordered and told i was expecting the incorrect amount even after i called my provider to ensure how much i should be receiving, and had her attach a note to my order emphasizing the correct amount. Most of the staff here is very kind and pleasant to interact with, however, there must be some serious miscommunication or other complication that tends to interfere with nearly every experience i have ever had here.

  They have been as good or better than ant pharmacy I've been too... and I'm old so I've been to a few. Very polite at counter to me.

  I have been to this Pharmacy a few times. One time the lead pharmacist was very nasty to someone on the phone; it made me and others in line very uncomfortable. Other times it's been very slow, and today I waited nearly 30 minutes to pick up a prescription and there were about 12 people behind me in line. Behind the counter of the pharmacy there were five adults in there, and only one person at the register. Seemed pretty silly to me.
