  Spouse was told our Blue Cross insurance preauthorized $3000 towards hearing aides (Blue Cross confirmed this to us). They offered him a HealthiPlan account with 0% financing (1 yr) for not his portion but for entire $5000 amount stating they would reimburse him $3K after insurance payment was made. They then submitted claim with wrong codes, not ones that were pre authorized so Blue Cross denied claim. Multiple calls from us and Blue Cross requesting they resubmit a corrected claim have been ignored and we are left paying the entire price plus 32.99% interest. BAIT AND SWITCH!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! Better Business Bureau has been contacted.
