- LPLiz PrybyloSep 14, 20263.0I don't usually fill here but I called to see if they had my medication in stock since I work in the area. Such a difference from my regular Hannaford. Not very friendly. It seemed like I was wasting the person's time by calling.
- KVKristen VogelaarAug 8, 20262.0They are really friendly, but they change the brand of your prescription every three months and even though the active ingredients stay the same, the body has to re-adjust to the new brand every three months. They are very nice but absolutely refuse to keep you on the same brand of a prescription even if you request that. You get what you get, and you don't get upset. I've been switched twice now and yet again I will have to get adjusted over the next three months, then they will undoubtedly switch me again. I'm currently hoping my doctor can update my prescription to include a "dispense as written" order so they are forced to keep the same brand for every refill. Hopefully that successfully forces them into consistency.
- MLMarissa LongAug 2, 20233.0I feel its touch an go here. I’ve experienced a lot of different pharmacies. They are not the worst but not far from it. After over a year of monthly medications they can’t seem to understand to have things on refills which is abnormal. They never seem to have things in stock. Their hours are weird an inconsistent. They claim to call doctors and insurances for sake of med information or coverage yet you will never actually get an answer from them so if they offer to do it for you fair warning, just do it yourself. Also they will never call you back. Aside from that the workers are very professional and sweet as far as customer service goes.
