  Lynn the receptionist and Dorothy who does the testing are both professional and friendly. Dorothy is so knowledgeable and every time she gives me advice she is spot on. I'm glad I went here first. I have not been disappointed.

  My husband's and my experience at True North Hearing is beyond exceptional. First of all, my husband is not usually comfortable going to doctors or anyone having to do with taking care of himself. He's pretty skeptical and untrusting, especially if he feels someone is trying to sell him something. He's been suffering from Tinnitus for years; in the last year, it has become much worse, as has his hearing. Dorothy has been following him for the past two years and has been more caring and empathetic than his ENT who doesn't even follow up on the notes she sends him. She is the kindest, most knowledgeable, and sweetest person and has earned my husband's trust. She presents you with information and options so you can make your own informed decisions. He has experienced some relief from the Tinnitus from some hearing aids with maskers she let him demo and will be getting his own soon. I highly recommend going to Dorothy for any hearing evaluations. You will feel like you've made a new friend. P.S. Lynn at the front desk is also a wonderful right-hand person to Dorothy and has helped with any insurance questions we might have.
