  The staff are friendly and thoughtful. I felt my testing was done in a very easy to understand manner and the technical information was very thorough. They offered a great discount if I were to purchase, yet I'm looking into alternative brands and devices. It is thanks to them I am now armed with a better knowledge of what to look for.
