She patiently explained why certain Frame styles were not as comfortable on me and showed me frames that fit best. She in another staff member watched the fax machine checking every couple minutes for my prescription to arrive. There was never any pressure or hard selling for promotions or upgrades. It's rare to customer service that's attentive but not pushy but this team manages that.
