- KBK. Boden6 days ago3.0When it came time during my visit to select new eyeglass frames, everything was great. Nathaniel was attentive and thorough. No pressure and he was happy to entertain any questions I had. I had a follow up phone call with a question and the associate was happy to explain things. My eye exam at this location was a different story. When the doctor first came in the exam room she told me that we were going to get interrupted. I did not know what that meant but I went with it. The exam felt rushed. About 2/3rds of the exam was done and she excused herself. A little over 20 minutes later, she reappeared. By this time my patience was thin. I told her I almost left. Her reply was that she was working hard. I can understand that if you have to take a quick call or answer a brief question that takes a couple minutes, fine. To disappear for more than 20 minutes and provide the excuse that you work hard is unacceptable.

She patiently explained why certain Frame styles were not as comfortable on me and showed me frames that fit best. She in another staff member watched the fax machine checking every couple minutes for my prescription to arrive. There was never any pressure or hard selling for promotions or upgrades. It's rare to customer service that's attentive but not pushy but this team manages that.
