  I've seen Dr McCann for years and while he is an adequate podiatrist, his staff has not been able to come through with their end for the orthotics and shoes that he has ordered for me. He has cast my feet, x-rayed, measured, treated the wounds and ulcers, but the staff seems to lose all records and does not communicate with my referring physician or me. They cannot answer what the hold-up is. In fact, they seem to have totally forgotten about the orthotics and said my feet were too small for the shoes I ordered. They had misread "5" for size "7" and I have had these exact shoes previously. And I had casts and measurements of my feet taken!!!! I desperately need these supplies for a diabetic condition and finally found a new provider----yet Affiliates in Podiatry refused to transfer my records to her when I called with the request. I had to speak to several front desk staff, then the supervisor, then Medical Records in order to get this done. I can't help but read all the positive reviews here as coming from the same template, they smell terribly phony.

  Staff are friendly and efficient. Dr. "Bill" L. explains options very well. He also listens. Quite happy with the entire office.

  I’ve been coming here for years to fix one thing or another. My Doctor McCaan has done a good thorough of evaluating and treating my symptoms.
