  Unfortunately, Warby Parker is not in my insurance network, but upon inquiring with my insurance was told I could be reimbursed. I love the huge options and variety of glasses and decided to get my exam and make a purchase at that time, at the store in Bedford, NH. I went online prior to my appointment and chose the glasses I was interested in, viewed them on me online and gave the retail assistant the names. She instantly grabbed them, gave me her opinion when I asked and made my decision a piece of cake. My eye appointment was excellent. The tech was great at explaining what he was doing and why, and what he expected me to do. The entire appointment was roughly 20 minutes and once that was done, my glasses of choice from earlier were on the counter waiting for me. My tech went through insurance coverage, as well as fitting them to me. By the end of the process, I realized I had three employees happily helping me make the process seamless. To go somewhere, where your insurance is not in their system would normally be a deterrent, and that speaks volumes on my selecting them. Outstanding collection of glasses, exceptional customer service. I'll be back for a third pair!!! I purchased progressive glasses, as well as sunglasses. I just wish I had the name of the employees that helped me. Shout out to Bedford, NH Warby's!!!!

  Very happy for my first time experience at WP. Price point was very good to go along with the style and feel. Store associate was super helpful in explaining all my options with the sunglasses. Left very happy with the shopping experience. Thank you again!

  I was immediately greeted upon entry to the store by a friendly, smiling employee. I was assisted to find what I was looking for and for the best fit. I made two purchases right in store and had them fitted. Extremely happy with my experience!

  The staff was very polite and helpful. After finding a decent choice, the staff gave me another similar option which I hadn’t found myself but turned out to be better than the frames I originally liked. The process was also exceptionally efficient and I was able to compete the whole purchase in less than 20 minutes. Compared to some other eye glass stores, the price was also very reasonable which I had heard was the case but was very surprised nonetheless.

  This is a beautiful store with a terrific selection of frames to try on. The atmosphere is pleasant; I was able to do a lot of looking and trying before a sales associate approached. He was helpful finding alternatives as I explained my preferences and, in fact, did provide an alternate that I purchased. He listened carefully to the lens configuration I wanted. I was disappointed that he did not ask me about my insurance, but, when I asked him, he processed a claim. I was also disappointed that he did not inform me about special offers that I overheard another sales associate describing to her customer. Don't know what I might have missed.
