UNMC Center for Healthy Living

This is the fitness center for the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and we are dedicated to serving UNMC, Nebraska Medicine, & UNO faculty, staff, students, retirees, alumni, and their families as well as open to the surrounding community. We offer year-round gym memberships, intramural and recreational sports leagues, and fitness classes. Our facility includes a multi-purpose gymnasium with 2 basketball courts & perimeter walking track, full cardio area, strength training & weight room, men’s & women’s locker rooms & showers, fitness classrooms, and ping pong tables. We also offer affordable personal training, fitness consultations, and a variety of group fitness classes.
