  Lindsey was so helpful with everything. She has helped me before and is one of the reasons I like to shop for glasses at this location.

  I was outside of optical 5 days ago waiting for my contacts, and I overheard a costumer being extremely disrespectful and rude to the lady at the desk. This lady has helped me multiple times in the past and I’ve had nothing but good experiences with her.

  I received a pair of Ray ban meta glasses as a gift, I went to target optical on 178th in Omaha to order my prescription lenes. The lenes were ordered and I was called to pick them up in a timely manner, the associate struggled with getting the new lenes in the frames, she stated that the lens on the left was cut wrong and that they needed to order new ones. Not a problem, things happen sometimes, before I left the store she called and said that she got the lens in so I went back and got them. A couple days later I put on my glasses and the left speaker was not working (they worked perfectly prior) I called and the gal that helped me apologized and asked me to file a claim on the ray ban website and if that did not work to bring them back and she would make it right, I tried but it was not working. Today I took the glasses back to the store and another associate was working. I explained the issue and she told me that I had to go to the website after I told her I had tried that and it was not working and her response was 'well I was told it was easy" I told her it was not and that I also had to take the lenses out to send them in, she popped the lenses out and sat them on her counter, when I told her I wanted my lenes she handed them to me with no protection, no case not even a tissue. She was very dismissive and sarcastic. She absolutely has NO customer service training and needs to work on her empathy skills. I have over 600.00 in glasses that I can not use and lenses just floating around. Very disappointing.

  I have been coming to this location for years, and I had another great experience at Target Optical! Lindsay went above and beyond to help me out when I was in a pinch, and her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to make sure I was taken care of really stood out. The only thing that doesn’t deserve five stars is that little torture device that puffs air into your eyes. I’m convinced it was invented by someone who enjoys watching people flinch. 😂
