- LELori EndorfAug 26, 20265.0Today I finished therapy with Rock Valley Physical Therapy on Maple. I had a wonderful therapist, Mitch who guided me through my experience. My original therapy was only supposed to last for six weeks but due to clumsiness on my part was extended for a period of 14 weeks. Mitch was very motivating throughout my journey even on days when I didn’t feel I could do it. On those occasions he switched up my routine to minimize any discomfort I might be feeling but yet keeping me moving those muscles that needed the attention. He took the time to explain what each exercise was designed to strengthen as well as demonstrating how to do what was required. The front desk staff was also very cheerful and helpful greeting me on my arrival for each visit and also wishing me a good day on my departure. I would highly recommend them if you ever have the need for their type of expertise. Hopefully I won’t need them any time soon but they will be the first ones I contact if the need should ever arise again.

He explained in detail what we were going to be doing and what to do at home. He answered any questions I had. If looking for a physical therapist, Mitch is the one you want!
- SSSonia SalfityAug 3, 20265.0Everyone was so professional! I got excellent care for my frozen shoulder that was soooo painful when I was referred to Rock Valley by my Orthopedic specialist. Jeff and Mitch did an outstanding job and I feel back to normal now! They also worked with my busy schedule so I could make every session. The receptionists are very friendly and I loved the icing for 15 mins after every session. Highly recommend them!
- EEemma ermelingJul 11, 20265.0I have had 3 rounds of PRI with Jodi here and it has been truly amazing. I first came here because my hip surgeon recommended it for my chronic right hip maybe labrum tear pain at 16 years old and I wasn’t able to march when I started when I ended I was in a better spot. My second round was my shoulder and I was with Megan truly amazing for the 2 sessions I did before I moved away from it. My 3rd round was when I had tried everything for a labrum tear and knew I needed surgery did it as prehab best thing I could have done now at a month post op have been back for a few weeks and could truly not recommend them enough I have gotten my mom and potentially my grandma and so many others to try it it is a life changing experience for the better
