- DAdiego anguianoJun 30, 20261.0If you are a new buyer to glasses and you’re looking to shop, don’t go to a eyeglass store in the mall. yes, the process is quick and easy but they’ll sneak on a warranty to your purchase saying it’s free when it’s not.(of course fitment is off) when they don’t fit right and you want to exchange them, the exchange system doesn’t work even if it’s the same brand and from the same drop. saying that the QR code doesn’t work and they can’t order it through their end even though it’s on their shelves. Why have a warranty system if it doesn’t work why have a return policy if it doesn’t work, please do business elsewhere.
