They made Bentley feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment and took the time to make sure he understood everything. The staff was patient, professional, and so great with kids. Bentley had a great experience, and as a mom, I really appreciated the care and attention they gave him. Thank you to the entire Pearle Vision team for making his visit such a positive one. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend them to other families!

She is also very validating & empowering of my right to self-advocate. The only reason for not giving the L St Marketplace crew 5 stars is because the tech who filled out the requisition form for my new lenses didn't ask if I wanted anti-reflective lenses and any of the other add ons. I imagine she just assumed that because I have Medicaid I wanted the bare bones minimum. I might have been willing to pay out of pocket for those extra protections but now just have to hope they don't get scratched
