- EPErin Perez3 days ago1.0Dr Alex was great. I have no issue with him. The sales experience was horrible. I purchased a pair of glasses for my daughter and the women there were no help. I was not explained lens options, what my insurance covered, she just gave me a total. I asked for further clarification and she basically lied to me. I called today, the day after the exam, and wanted further explanation of my benefits and what I actually purchased. I waited on hold for 10 minutes and called back again to no answer. I called the Legacy store, and the most helpful gentleman explained everything to me and basically the women at the Village point store tacked all the expensive options on my daughter’s glasses and sent me on my way hoping I’d ask no questions. I have asked to cancel my order. Will never go back. Admittedly, I should have asked for more clarification at the time but had to get to a kids sporting event. They didn’t even send me with a detailed receipt for the order. If you want to go to Pearl Vision go to the Legacy store.
