Everyone there was extremely kind and helpful. I couldn’t have had a better experience. I will definitely be going back to that LensCrafters location. Give them all a raise.

The team there is helpful and they have a nice selection of frames. I went to Lenscrafters thinking I would get a new pair of glasses in a day, not the case. While they claim that in their marketing, the fine prints states otherwise.

This experience was terrible and they should not be in buisiness.
No warning that two laser and/or LED devices used as scanners. One I cannot fit in due to design and the fact it's eye relief is so small. Another scanner that is blindingly bright and leaves me in pain for hours. When I pointed out the issue I was blamed and informed it was a me problem. Yep, I'm autistic, had a TBI, have red hair and blue eyes and this hasn't been a problem for the 30 years I've gotten eye exams, but because the store didn't do due diligence on their equipment, its my problem. Sure. They will have fun when someone hammers you with the ADA. Also what foolish incompetent optometrists can't get a script off the lenses? At the lease I just needed new lenses and frames amd I couldn't even get that.
Never again.

LensCrafters continues to provide excellent eye care with an onsite optometrist. Dr Jen Brammeier was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I enjoyed my visit with her.
