She'll test you for an hour and tell you to get the results from the VA then tell the VA that she wasn't able to test to where they send you back to the same person again that lied to begin with as my wife sat right next to her the entire time.

She discussed my options of using my Medicare advantage option or buying direct from American Hearing. I was given an option of trying an updated pair on a trial period. As on now they are an improvement over my 4 year old set. They are very easy to work with for upgrading your hearing.
