- BBBrenda BlannAug 19, 20265.0You guys made me realize how important that my hearing wasn't good and that I needed hearing aids it's going to take some time for me to get used to these and thank you for being so kind and generous and explaining in detail about my hearing test for me and showing me how to use my hearing aids and I would recommend you to some other people and I couldn't ask for better people to help me with my hearing and thanks again cuz I love my hearing aids cuz if I didn't have them I would have a hard time hearing and now I don't have to to ask people to repeat themselves on what they say to me and that's a blessing and both my daughters they're the ones that pushed me into getting the hearing aids because they don't want me talking really loud they want me at a lower level of talking and I just am glad that my kids made me realize you need hearing aids and I wouldn't have came to you guys if it wasn't for my daughters you've done a great job of helping me and explaining things to me

She'll test you for an hour and tell you to get the results from the VA then tell the VA that she wasn't able to test to where they send you back to the same person again that lied to begin with as my wife sat right next to her the entire time.
