They truly care about everyone, they remind me of a school teacher, my children had, if they came with a question, she gave her full attention to them. Andrea and her staff are the same way when Kiara goes out to see the people she wants to contact each one personally she does a great job.

Three days and five messages later - nothing. “She’s in a meeting, I’ll have her call you right back.” “She’s on the road, I’ll get your message to her.” I left messages on her cell phone. I cannot in good conscience recommend Home Instead at this time.
