Parkinsons effects many things but one of my main symptoms is a tremor in my left arm and muscle spasticity in my left leg. This makes working out very hard and incredibly frustrating. A great friend introduced me to Pure Barre because of the small focused movements thinking this might work for me. I attended my first class and felt so welcomed. The staff worked with my limitations and I never felt frustrated. It was an emotional night because I had finally found a place that worked for me both physically and mentally. Thank you Pure Barre for giving me a safe place to focus on me.

I find it challenging and also like that any of the moves can be modified to suit any level. The time flies and you see results quickly. On top of that the instructors are great- very friendly and encouraging!
