  Absolutely love, Dr. Heibel not impressed with a new patient Hidden fee and BCBS seem to cover hardly anything of the visit. But would strongly recommend Heibel!

  Dr. Heibel has been truly exceptional. I have been taking my neighbor to see him for over a year, and I am incredibly thankful for all he has done for her. Dr. Heibel takes the time to really listen, asks thoughtful questions, and clearly explains what he is doing and why. His care is thorough, compassionate, and never rushed. He and his wonderful staff consistently go above and beyond—not only in treating her skin issues, but also in helping navigate insurance challenges to reduce the cost of her medications. Their dedication, patience, and genuine concern make a tremendous difference. We always feel supported and well cared for. Thank you, Dr. Heibel and staff, for everything you do.

  My whole family goes to this office for various reasons. My husband had a mole checked out that I noticed on his back. It was tiny and looked like no big deal but Dr. Heibel sent it in anyway and thank goodness he did! It was melanoma. He opened his office on a Saturday to get the surgery done quickly. Dr. Heibel and the staff are very personable and professional.

  Dr. Heibel has always been helpful to me and my family. On more than one occasion has he went above and beyond for us! Wouldn’t ever go anywhere else!

  When I first needed to be checked, I had a great experience as a mole with melanoma that was overlooked by my family physician was discovered and taken care of. For this I would've given 5 stars. However, in the recent years, for me to schedule my check ups I have to wait MONTHS to get it in. Now that I have some other moles evolving, I've tried calling to schedule an appointment and I'm told it's going to take WEEKS to get in. I was also told I could schedule a same day appointment if I called immediately in the morning and after calling at opening for the past week, I'm always told they end up being taken. I consider this to be time wasted that could be letting my moles progress if cancerous so, the trust I had gained has somewhat been ruined as I'm never able to get in when I feel necessary. When I ask what I'm to do, they tell me to go to my primary physician...who said my previous moles looked fine the first time...I guess I'll be taking myself else where where it doesn't take months to get in for more serious items. Very disappointed.
