- GSGina SchwindtSep 1, 20263.0Appointment was for 3:40pm and I arrived at 3:44pm and was told I’d need to reschedule since they had a policy of anything over 5 minutes late would need to reschedule - told them I had drove in from out of town & wouldn’t need to reschedule since I would go someplace else but also I wasn’t technically quite 5minutes late yet. Spoke with someone & then was told they would do the exam. When checking out told I owed $39.00 & asked what it was for since my insurance covers eye exams but they then explained it was for one of the tests that insurance doesn’t pay for. Felt frustrated about the entire experience.
