  I went to this place for the first time yesterday and I can say I am very disappointed in my experience. I have donated at other places before and have had no problems, when I started on the machine it was going fine then it said no flow. I said just let it run but when sky went to adjust the needle he took it out a little bit then hooked it deep in my arm making my vain swell up and now my arm hurts and I only got 30% of my donation money because it still didn’t fix it. How is that my fault? Now I have a hurt arm and 37 dollars for my 3 hours I was there. I do not recommend going here.

  Came here for the first time as a new donor, previously coming from Biomat. Leaving 2 stars as I came at ~4:10-4:15 PM (Three-ish hours before closing time, mind you) and did not get my new donor profile fully established while I was there (I left at 6:00 PM). I understand that new donors can expect to spend up to two hours (physical exam, registration, etc) per the website, but i did not even have my physical during the two hours I was here. I would assume that the two hour claim includes the new donor registration, physical, and the donation as well, but I barely got the new donor registration itself (as in, providing my information and getting a donor ID and watching the video, thats it) complete while I was there, especially considering the fact that I was waiting for almost one hour before I actually started getting helped/registered. I can tell that the staff are friendly, but when I am sitting there for an hour+ with no action, it doesnt feel worth it. My new donor wait at Biomat didn't take half as long when I was there, and that was on a fairly busy Saturday. I do understand that it was a bit busy, but there wasnt a crazy number of people coming in when I came in and sat down. If each visit takes that long, new or returning, the extra donation fee that i would be earning compared to Biomat is not worth it. Im honestly debating whether or not I should come back to fully get registered as a result of this wait time. TLDR: Came about three hours before closing and didn't even get fully registered by the time I left at 6:00 PM as I was waiting for an hour before I actually got helped.

  It started out as agreat experience but honestly it is almost not even worth it to come here and donate. They change everything so often and then never tell any of there donors especially the ones on their specialty programs that they decreaseing their pay. It sucks when you plan your whole budget around how much they tell you and then they change shit without telling you.

  They are always standing around yapping and not doing there job the whole facility needs to be a evaluated by h.R would not recommend
