We were fortunate to have three wonderful regular caregivers from Home Instead, all of whom were kind, compassionate, and truly helpful. Danielle stood out in a very special way. She had a remarkable ability to walk into the house and immediately notice things that needed attention—often taking care of them before we even had to ask. Her proactive approach made such a positive difference during a stressful time. Danielle was always prompt, extremely friendly, and brought a bright, smiling, jovial energy that genuinely improved everyone’s attitude the moment she arrived. She was not only professional and attentive to my mother’s needs, but also warm and trustworthy. We felt completely at ease knowing my mother was in such caring hands. I can’t thank Danielle enough for the compassion and extra effort she showed. She made a challenging situation so much easier for our whole family. We are truly grateful. Highly recommend Danielle and the entire Home Instead team!

This company is hiring untrained, inexperienced people and NOT PROVIDING ANY TRAINING AND RESOURCES to their caregivers!! These companies are not legally required to hire trained caregivers, and they only train people they hire how to work for their company and not in actual caregiving! They rely heavily on the families to train them on how to care for the client, and rely on the tools that are already in the clients house to help with caregiving. THIS IS A HUGE BREECH OF SAFTY FOR THE CLIENT!!
