It’s a great place to be and all of the teachers have been amazing! My favorites so far are Addison, Raedawn and Carmen. They are so good with explaining the movements, offering adjustments if needed, and being supportive. I feel so much better since starting Pilates this summer. I encourage everyone to try it!

The instructors, especially Meredith, Raedawn, and Carmen, provide the right level of encouragement and push to my individual goals. Over the past 8 months, I’ve found an amazing, consistent workout that I look forward to. My strength (core especially) has increased and though not the goal, I’ve lost a few pounds. 😊 Attend an intro session to see what’s it’s all about!

Modifications are always available when needed and classes are never the same. The classes are addicting. If you’re questioning whether or not to try it out, don’t hesitate! You won’t regret it. Club Pilates is truly a workout accessible for anyone and everyone!
