Our Home Health Services bridges the gap between the hospital and a patient's home by providing short-term intermittent care under the direction of a physician. Home Health nurses can assist with injections, catheters and IVs. Our nurses also provide wound care, diabetic care and can arrange for medical equipment. These sophisticated medical services are available to homebound residents of Dodge and surrounding counties. Our not-for-profit program is fully certified by Medicare and Medicaid and includes the following services: Dietary Consultations, Home Health Aide, IV Therapy, Medical Social Services, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Skilled Nursing, Speech Therapy.
