- JJJan JacksonAug 11, 20265.0I received physical therapy treatment & exercises for a torn rotator cuff. Each time, I was greeted with a smile & encouragement. RJ gave me exercises I could do at the clinic as well as at home. The pain in my shoulder was lessened gradually & I am hoping to avoid shoulder surgery as a result of this treatment! I am very grateful for this level of care & concern.
- KRKathy Robbins-WiseJul 24, 20265.0I was referred by a friend to Rock Valley after a fall that resulted in a broken femur and rotator cuff injury. Thankfully no surgery was required but the thought of physical therapy wasn’t any more appealing. I’ve had PT before and ended visits early because the therapists would cause me pain. I walked into the office and was scheduled that very afternoon. I met with RJ who is very knowlegeable and personable. The ensuing weeks of therapy went great! RJ was quick to address any complaints no matter how minor and make adjustments; always taking the time to explain, make sure I understood, and was comfortable. My visits are over but at my last visit I was assured that if I had any setbacks, concerns, or questions, they would be available to me. Thank you to RJ, Blake, Brent, Grace, Reese, and Marlys for an absolutely wonderful experience. I know who to call if I ever need therapy again. By the way, you all were such a delight, it was a sad day when my PT ended. I miss you all!
