  My daughter came once before we started going here. As a family, and we had a really good experience. The first time this last time we had a contact appointment and it was a disaster. The doctor himself has always been absolutely amazing, but the staff has been rude and dismissive every chance that they get. We had to set up an appointment for lessons on how to use contacts and the girl that helped me just basically said I had to take her to a different office to have this done. And when I said, then never mind, we'll go somewhere else. She said, okay, you can come in later today. Then, we waited for two weeks for glasses to come in. And were not notified. I had to call and find out that they were in and got a very dismissive attitude when I told them we would not be ordering. The contacts through them because it's much cheaper elsewhere. Then, I finally came in to get our glasses at 12:05, and was told I had to wait because everyone was on lunch, so I waited without the woman even acknowledging that I was still standing there for 20 minutes. And finally walked out..

  I haven't had a new pair of glasses in 6+ years and I babied mine due to having to get 3 in the same year (dog chewed the other 2). But it was time to get a new pair. They were all very helpful and informative and helped me decide on my new pair, taking into consideration my job and bringing up options I didn't think about (such as falling or being yanked off my head). Ultimately I am very happy with my choice and plan to come back for future glasses and appointments :)
