  I had a pretty disappointing experience here. My husband made the appointment for me, and I went in hoping to get relief for my pain. The appointment itself was only about 15 minutes, and unfortunately I did not leave feeling much if any improvement from the issue I came in for. What really upset me was the experience with billing and customer service. This was also my very first visit there. We did use insurance and genuinely had no idea we would still owe additional money after our deductible had been met. At the front desk, the receptionist was friendly and told me it was fine when I explained that I didn’t have the correct payment card with me and that my husband believed our deductible had already been met. She said it was ok and they would just send us a statement. However, within 10 minutes of leaving the clinic, she called my husband and her attitude completely changed. She was rude, confrontational, and honestly came across as intimidating over the $50 payment. She even compared it to “walking into a gas station and getting groceries without money,” which felt extremely unnecessary and unprofessional. My husband also told me she said they would not be submitting the visit to insurance and would instead send us the full bill, which was upsetting considering we came in expecting to use our insurance coverage. I completely understand that businesses deal with people who don’t pay their bills, and I respect that offices need to collect payment. But that does not mean every patient should be treated like they are trying to avoid paying, especially when we do pay our bills. Since this was my first visit, I was relying on the office staff to clearly explain costs and insurance coverage. Insurance billing can be confusing, and we truly thought our deductible had already been met. Once my husband realized we could use our HSA card to pay it, her tone suddenly changed and she became extremely polite again. Honestly, the whole interaction made it seem like all they cared about was getting the money, not treating patients kindly or professionally. Between the poor customer service and not getting relief from my pain, I personally would not return
