  Dr. Julie is an exceptional optometrist, and this rating is strictly a reflection of the practice's front-office management. Having been patients here for several years, we consistently experience unacceptable hostility from the reception staff. Because our family of five chooses to decline optional diagnostic testing and purchase our eyewear elsewhere—where our benefits stretch further—we are routinely met with snotty remarks, visible eye rolls, and substandard service. This pattern of unprofessional behavior has occurred year after year across multiple staff members. Dr. Julie’s clinical excellence is unfortunately severely undermined by an front desk team that penalizes patients for making financially practical healthcare decisions.

  When concerns about my daughter’s vision started I began searching for an eye doctor who sees pediatric patients. I found Dr. Julie at Advanced Eyecare and scheduled an appointment. This was my daughter’s first appointment and she gets a bit anxious about medical appointments, so I was nervous going into it. The staff were all phenomenal. They were friendly, energetic, and kind. They talked to my daughter, not just at her, asked her questions and made the appointment fun. They were able to address our concerns and determine a treatment plan. They explained everything so well and we left with all of our questions answered. I’m planning to move my whole family over to Advanced Eyecare and would highly recommend!
