  I did not have a good experience here. The glasses they made me I could not use at all, there must have been some measurement error, my vision is not corrected and everything looks off and leaves me very dizzy. I tried adapting for several weeks, but it's clearly something with the glasses. Furthermore, I asked for my specific brand of contacts and astigmatism lenses, but instead he prescribed another brand without astigmatism correction that was roughly twice the price, without naming a single medical reason ("I think you'll like them better"). Turns out I do not like them and still don't see well, most likely since the astigmatism isn't corrected. Brought my child in as well around the same time. Was told he needed glasses. When we picked them up, turns out it was for a -.25 (barely anything) correction and child refuses to wear the glasses saying he sees better without them. Cannot recommend.

  After being forever banned from 20/20 vision for not being able to call and reschedule an appointment, I've used Sterling optical for two different sets of glasses over the past 6 years. Nothing but praise for these people who love their jobs and will spend as much time as necessary to get you the lowest price possible through all the books (literally) of red tape. Sterling is a good name for them because it describes their customer service.

  Passing through town on our way home from Canada. My son's glasses messed up. Went into Sterling the staff was so nice and welcoming. They fixed his glasses in just a few minutes. Highly recommend.
