First class place. People are great at what they do and that is fixing us. I have been there several times and have always felt comfortable with what they do. Whether it has been shoulders, knees, neck or lower back. And they are always easy to get along with and explain what and why they are doing it. And we usually get a couple of laughs in there as well. Thanks again to all of you!

The professional team at ProRehab identified the cause of my shoulder and hand pain & weakness. After several visits and instructions I was able to do the excercise therapy at home. This made a great difference in my strength & comfort. And I can continue the exercises at home. If I hadn’t done this I think the limitations would have persisted.

I recommend ProRehab! They figure out what’s best for each individual, and don’t treat you in a “cookie cutter” style.

We also work with Medicare, PPOs, HMOs, and worker's compensation insurance. However, it's important to note that insurance coverage for physical and occupational therapy can vary significantly between plans. Patients are responsible for copays and any services not covered by their insurance. Please be aware that ProRehab Center does not provide services under Medical Assistance (MA).
What if I don't have any health insurance?

Do I need a referral from my physician to have an appointment at ProRehab Center?

If you prefer to receive therapy at ProRehab Center, you have the right to request that your physician refer you to our facility. We collaborate closely with all physicians to provide updates on patient progress. We will also inform you of any potential differences in insurance coverage that may result from this change.
What is the difference between a CONSULTATION and an APPOINTMENT?
ProRehab Center offers a complimentary consultation where you can meet with one of our physical or occupational therapists to determine if therapy is appropriate for your needs. No referral is required for this consultation. If you proceed with therapy, we will schedule an appointment for a comprehensive evaluation and to begin your treatment. These appointments are billed and submitted to your insurance company.

What will happen at my first visit?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment and plan for approximately 75 minutes for your first visit. Subsequent appointments usually last about an hour. The first appointment typically includes completing medical history and insurance paperwork, a comprehensive health evaluation, and the development of a personalized treatment plan. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement during the physical assessment.
