  Customer service has declined over the years. Probably last time I will get glasses from them. Doctors are fine but experience buying my son's lenses and my glasses left a lot to be desired. Would require too much explanation to post here

  I visited many optometrists, looking for the perfect frames and Sierra and the crew at pearle vision came through with flying colors. They presented me with many, many, many frame and transition lens color options and then even staying a little past closing to help complete the transaction and fit the frames perfectly. Thank you for making this a very fun shopping experience. I can't wait for my glasses!!!

  Recently I broke my glasses so I went around town to various eye glasses shops in Fargo. I decided to go to Pearle as my last one of the day and I’m so glad I did. I’ve been quoted $700-$1100 for glasses all over town and I get to Pearle and it was hands down the most affordable and reasonable pricing. Plus, the ladies helping me out were SO helpful and nice. She even helped bring down the price with the August promotion they have going on right now. This is where I’ll be going every time now.

  Been getting eye care at Pearle Vision for a few years. My eye doctor is amazing - very knowledgeable and friendly! They have a good variety of frames. When picking out my newest pair of frames, the staff were very attentive and made helpful suggestions on frames that worked well for me. The purchasing process was smooth and all of the insurance and pricing information was well explained. My newest frames came in earlier than expected. I went to pick them up and have them adjusted - looking forward to getting them. The lady that helped me, with adjustments, seemed (to me) a bit unfriendly. I misunderstood her process. I felt she was impatient in her response. After the adjustment, my glasses were hastily “cleaned” with smears left on the lenses. I was unable to actually see clearly and carefully redid it myself. This is the second difficult encounter with staff who help people picking up glasses. Other than that, I appreciate the customer service at this place.
