  I had my eye exam and that was a good experience. Then I went into the lobby to wait for an associate to help me pick out my glasses. There were two associates working and while I will acknowledge they were with other customers. I waited over 30 minutes and not one time was I acknowledged, or greeted even to say we will be with you shortly. UPDATE: After posting my original review, Laura, the store manager at the Fargo LensCrafters, personally reached out to me about my experience. She invited me to come back and give them another opportunity, and I’m very glad that I did. From the moment I returned, Laura was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. She sincerely apologized for how I felt during my original visit and made it clear that the experience I had was not the level of service she wanted her customers to receive. My second visit was a completely different experience. Laura took the time to help me, made me feel valued as a customer, and ultimately turned a very disappointing first impression into a wonderful experience. I ended up purchasing multiple pairs of glasses from her during my visit. What impressed me most was that she didn’t simply respond to a negative review—she personally reached out and made an effort to make things right. That says a lot about her as a manager and about how seriously she takes her customers’ experiences. I was so pleased with the way everything was handled that I called both my sister and a friend afterward and recommended that they go see Laura at LensCrafters when they purchase their glasses. Thank you, Laura, for reaching out, listening, and completely changing my impression of the Fargo LensCrafters. Excellent customer service can absolutely turn a negative experience into a positive one, and you did exactly that. I’m very happy I gave LensCrafters another chance.

  I was walking the mall at West Acres and stopped and visited with Logan about transition glasses. I explain what I was looking for and said I'd return when I was done walking. When I returned, he had a number of options laid out for me to choose from. He obviously picked up on what I had in mind. We put together all options available with Oakley glasses and finalized. Logan was easy to work with, very knowledgeable and personable.
