- MJMark Joseph Gallagher Jr.5 days ago5.0It is 8:41 PM on Thursday, October First, 2026, and I just got back in my car after receiving great service from Logan and his manager, Sarah, at the LensCrafters-Luxottica Retail North America, in West Acres Mall in Fargo North Dakota I walked into the store at about three minutes before 8 PM--which is closing time-- and then apologized to the staff for coming in so late. In response, they were gracious and made me feel welcome and unhurried. I had a difficult vision insurance issue, and Logan tried every option while Sarah brought over and showed me some frames that would look good on me. The talents God has given Logan and Sarahthey are very complementary: they are a good team. If I can afford it, I will buy from Logan tomorrow.
