  This place is absolutely amazing and sets the bar high for customer service. We needed to get glasses for my grandma in a hurry. The other optical store we went to quoted us 2 weeks. I called Eyemart and they confirmed they had the lenses in stock for her prescription and could do it in 1 day! The technician, Caitlin, was incredibly helpful, so caring and kind to my grandma. She helped pick out frames that were very similar to the ones we had previously chosen at the other optical store. They were able to measure her and create the glasses in less than an hour. My grandma has a terminal illness and doesn’t have much time left, so being able to see with her new glasses right way was very important to us. We also interacted with the store manager, Sandra, and she was delightful. To top it off, they were running a sale and we got a second pair of glasses for free! That combined with the military discount they offered, we ended up paying much less than expected. I’m so impressed, highly recommend!

  What an experience! I needed new glasses as the ones I bought online were hurting the top of my ears. They didn’t sit very well on my head. My fault for ordering online, but I knew I needed something new. I walked in and met Laura. She instantly knew what I needed. She could see that the nose bridge didn’t sit right, that the temples could be a bit longer, and she instantly knew a pair that would feel better and match my head shape. I couldn’t believe how knowledgeable everyone was. In all my years of having glasses, this was the first time being recommended a pair that fit my face. The best part? I had prescription glasses and sunglasses made that same day! I left the store having matching frames that were comfortable, looked good, and instantly relieved the pain from the top of my ears. I cannot recommend this experience enough. Even though I live hours away, I know where I will be going from now on for all my future pairs of glasses.

  The customer service is excellent and I so enjoyed Working with everyone there and they were so helpful in helping me find the right frame. Highly recommend the Bismarck store.

  I have been impressed with the service I received from this store. I have had glasses ordered in the last 2-3 years. I have had free adjustments made on my glasses several times. One time a lens fell out because a toddler grabbed my glasses. Free new lenses! Just recently I took my old pair to have the frame tightened so I could use them as a backup pair of glasses. Free also. Stacy is especially great at customer service. But I’ve had two other salespeople that were superb as well.
