My fault for ordering online, but I knew I needed something new. I walked in and met Laura. She instantly knew what I needed. She could see that the nose bridge didn’t sit right, that the temples could be a bit longer, and she instantly knew a pair that would feel better and match my head shape. I couldn’t believe how knowledgeable everyone was. In all my years of having glasses, this was the first time being recommended a pair that fit my face. The best part? I had prescription glasses and sunglasses made that same day! I left the store having matching frames that were comfortable, looked good, and instantly relieved the pain from the top of my ears. I cannot recommend this experience enough. Even though I live hours away, I know where I will be going from now on for all my future pairs of glasses.

I have had free adjustments made on my glasses several times. One time a lens fell out because a toddler grabbed my glasses. Free new lenses! Just recently I took my old pair to have the frame tightened so I could use them as a backup pair of glasses. Free also. Stacy is especially great at customer service. But I’ve had two other salespeople that were superb as well.
